One of our leading clients in the B2B jewellery sourcing and supply industry in the UAE is seeking an experienced Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in accounting and financial management, with specific experience in the UAE. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations, including VAT and other tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of jewellery inventory and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
